If you are saying that it's not generating the ascend connection
termination code, then apparently radiusContext isn't understanding the
format of the codes that your access server/radius server is writing
out.

The report does not include all data in the detail file.  If you want to
add any you can customize the report code by modifying genhtml.py (for
HTML reports).

If your detail files don't have data for today it may be due to your
system time being off or some problems with your access servers or
radius server.  If they do but the reports don't include that data, it
would be likely that you haven't added the new data to the report
database or run new copies of the report since the new data was
inserted.
