[vPostMaster] Rejecting email at RCPT TO time.

Is it possible to have vpostmaster + postfix reject mail after the RCPT TO:
command, either via postfix's header_checks, or via vPostmaster's Rules,
instead of accepting the email and having it bounce around in the local queue?
