[vPostMaster] How to move to a new server?

Thanks. FYI if you follow the directions on the restore page, the PostresQL DB 
has all the structure but is devoid of users and domains.

So I ended up dropping the "new" database, running "su postgres -c pg_dumpall 
>mail.pgsql" as it suggests on the back-page, and restoring that dump on the 
new server with "createdb vpostmaster" and psql vpostmaster < mail.pgsql.

After that, the vpostmaster interface gave tons of "cannot connect" warnings, 
so I re-ran the setup script /usr/lib/vpostmaster/bin/setup-debian and 
everything seems to be ok now.
