[vPostMaster] saslauthd using all CPU and slowing system down.

Our webmail has been getting really cranky lately, it sporadically runs really 
slow. then after a bit it will "get over it" and you can get to your email.

The load averages for the whole system are very small - less than 3 - but when 
I run top there's always two saslauthd processes hogging anywhere from 35% to 
50% of the CPU. I'm not completely sure but it seems like the slowdowns 
happen at the same times that saslauthd CPU usage spikes.

Has anyone run into this? I can't tell what's causing it.
