[vPostMaster] Diagnosing smptd loads

Greetings,

Understanding that this may be a postfix question rather than
vpostmaster...

My vpostmaster will sometimes slow way down and mail delivery gets
delayed for a few hours. smtp will also stop responding. I see that
anvil can show me usage but I'm not clever enough to see how to use it.
The man file helps but doesn't show me how to actually fire it off.

I wanting to get my config in good shape so I can properly spec out a
dedicated mail box.

PS what is:
