This is probably more of a RoundCube question than a vPostMaster question.
It sounds like an access permissions problem that can probably be solved by
pg_hba.conf in Postgres, but I'm afraid I don't have time to go into
details.  You should look into the documentation for PostgreSQL on
authentication.
