We don't seem to be hurting for RAM, though (only when it spikes). 
Average load seems to sit around 10-12, while here's what free has to say:

Sar says the average %swapused since midnight is 7.59. Maybe I'm wrong, 
but this doesn't look like a RAM problem to me.
