[vPostMaster] New Installation

Installing vpostmaster on a new machine running Debian.

I'm aware of:

The need to correct the end mark in /etc/squirrelmail/config_local.php

The need to add OPTIONS and MECH_OPTIONS to /etc/default/saslauthd

The need to add parameters to /etc/dovecot.conf to allow pop from  
certain clients (like Applemail).

So things should be working, but when trying to access vpostmaster I  
get:

The Debian installations should be identical, but it would seem they  
are not?

Before I spend time tracking this down anybody see anything obvious?
