[vPostMaster] Clamav scan time

What sort of total scan times are folks seeing for clamav?

I was getting timeouts, apparently due to a LOT of CPU being taken up  
by clamav.

I applied the usual solution: throw more cpu cycles at the problem.

Now, instead of slowing down with 2 or 3 clamav threads I'm just  
getting 4 or 5 threads running (due to more cores) but the ultimate  
result is the same.

I'm seeing some clamscan processes taking 10 minutes or more. I admit  
a lot of them are very large video or graphic files, but that still  
seems like a lot of cycles to scan mail.

Anyone else seeing these total times? Is this normal?
