[vPostMaster] Spamassassin N/G Followup

Continuing to look into the problem of SA apparently not working, I've  
discovered that the spamc client was not installed. I would have  
thought that the installation procedure would have done that when it  
installed spamassassin.

I wonder if the client was originally part of the spamassassin  
package, and somehow got separated from it? It is now a separate  
package, at least on Debian.

Anyway, I think it will work much better now :-)
