spamc wasn't in the path for the python scripts. *cough*

sym link from /usr/local/bin/ to /usr/bin and all is well. kindly 
disregard my previous message. 8)
/usr/lib/vpostmaster/lib/vpmsupp.py calls spamc i imagine it gets it's 
PATH information from somewhere, and where ever that is would have been 
the proper way to "fix" this but symlinks are easier, and i am lazy.
